The children this week as part of cookery club enjoyed learning about and making scotch pancakes. They all enjoyed having a go at measuring out the ingredients, following the instructions on the recipe and of course their favourite part was eating them at the end! Everybody went home with a copy of the recipe for them to keep and are now ready for Shrove Tuesday next week! Happy baking everybody!
