Mr Charles took a 'King' related assembly this week. The children learned about our new King Charles III, the Coronation (the crown weighs 2.5kg and had 444 jewels in it. King Charles III is the 40th King to be Coronated at Westminister Palace since the William the Conquerer in 1066!). We also learned that Jesus is the King of Kings. Each child was presented with a fabulous book called the 'The New King', written and produced by Colin Tinsley at Hope for Youth Ministries. Thank you to Colin for sending these to our School!
