This afternoon the children from KS 2 presented information on three local children's charities to the rest of the school. We made a whole school decision to support the Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for Children, for this school year. We feel that this was a great choice as the charity support other children here in Northern Ireland who are not in good health. The Pupil Council have decided to hold a 'Fun Day in a Onesie' on Friday 19 October and the school will be hosting their annual coffee morning on Friday 26 October with all proceeds going to this worthwhile cause. The children have also requested a monthly tuck shop on the first Friday of each month. We are hoping to make lots of money for our worthwhile cause!
