This year’s literacy target was to raise the profile of reading, I think Reading Week has helped accomplish that! We began the week with raising over £500 with our partners at Moneynick for Accelerated Reader books, the older children produced some fantastic books for their reading buddies , we had a super selection of Mystery Readers, we dressed up as Bedtime Stories, completed science investigations based on books and a local author came to visit! #smallschoolbigexpectations #welovereading
