Today it was World Book Day and the children and staff all dressed up as a book character from their favourite book. There were a variety of characters on parade during our Daily Mile this morning. The children then during the course of the day enjoyed a variety of activities based on reading within their classrooms. The P4-7 children enjoyed visiting the younger children and reading to them during a paired reading session and sharing with each other their favourite part from a variety of books.
